All items are to be strictly sent back to us within 7 days for all returns and exchanges.

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase, if for any reason you would like to exchange an item, please notify us by email at sales@philipparose.com.au. We are always willing to help with sizing and styles so definitely shoot us through a message if you are unsure.

All returns must be organised and shipped within 7 days of receiving your delivery. It is your responsibility as the owner of the item to ensure we receive your return within the accepted time frame. We will not accept any returned items received outside of this period. Please ensure you use registered mail when posting back to us. Philippa Rose is not liable for any lost packages.

If returning a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, Philippa Rose will reimburse any reasonable postage or shipping costs. Proof of those costs are to be provided. The purchaser will be responsible for all postage costs incurred for ‘change of mind or incorrect sizing’ returns or exchanges.

Once your return has been accepted, we will process the refund/exchange/credit and notify you via email. We will ensure to keep you updated on all stages of your return and handle within a reasonable amount of time.

Change of Mind/Incorrect size Return

If you change your mind or happen to choose a size which is not right for you, we happily provide exchange or eBoutique credit (valid for 12 months) on all sale and promo items. Items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item we believe is not merchantable quality and/or any item which has been worn, washed or altered. Items must be in original condition and accompanied with all swing tickets still attached. If we do not have the size you are after in stock at the time, an exchange for something else or eBoutique credit note will be issued.

Sale Return

We can offer an exchange or credit note on sale items if you change your mind for any reason. If you receive a sale item which happens to be faulty, we will happily exchange, refund or issue a store credit.

In-Store Purchases

Due to being able to try your piece on in our boutique, we do not offer refund for In-Store purchases. We can offer exchange or credit note if returned within 7 days.

Accessories

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns, exchange or online credit note on jewellery, swimwear or bralettes.

International Orders

Unfortunately on International orders we do not offer refund, exchange or credit, please choose carefully.

Store Credit

Online credits are valid for twelve months from date of issue. We reserve the right to deem any outstanding credit values null and void after the expiration date. Items purchased with store credit are deemed as Final Sale.

Faulty Return

If you receive an item which is faulty or wrongly described, please contact us via email at sales@philipparose.com.au.We will return your email within 24 hours. It will be assessed by our management team and once inspected and approved, you may choose to receive either a store credit, refund or exchange for another item. Refunds must be processed using the exact payment method and card used for purchase and within the 7 day time frame to of receiving your order be approved. If received outside of this time frame, if approved a credit note will be issued only.
