Orders within Australia
- Free express postage for sales over $120 (Excludes footwear)
- $11 express postage for sales under $120 - Next day delivery if purchased before 5pm (Australian Central Standard Times).
- $8 regular postage for sales under $120 - 3-5 business days delivery.
- All Footwear will be posted via Regular Shipping. (Unless express shipping is purchased).
- Signature on delivery is required.
- Full tracking is available.
- Please consider the security circumstances of your shipping address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels once delivered.
International Orders (Outside of Australia)
- Free regular postage for sales over $200
- Flat rate $20 shipping cost for sales under $200.
- Approximately 10 - 30 days delivery.
- Please allow for some delivery delays from time to time, we apologise for any inconvenience.
- Full tracking is provided.
- Please consider the security circumstances of your shipping address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels once delivered.
International Orders (Destinations not listed)
- We love to ship to you anywhere in the world, if you have a destination not listed, please email us at sales@philipparose.com.au to arrange shipping to your destination.
If a parcel is returned to sender, it will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer. Please ensure your delivery address is correct, we are unable to re-direct packages once dispatched. We also cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect details. Please consider the security circumstances of your shipping address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels once delivered. Philippa Rose cannot be held responsible for any customs taxes charged, all fess to this nature are the customers responsibility.
